overflow: auto; position: absolute; bottom: 0px; left: 0px; z-index:1 ;"> <div align=right> <div class="head">Thursday, June 01, 2006</div> </font> 13:24 <div align=center> <h1>jolly good ride</h1><br> <p> <h3><div style="clear:both;"></div>now that i've gotten my driving license, ehem ehem, i've been enjoying the ride everytime.. the thrill, the speed, especially when i am driving all alone. i think it's that soothing moment that i experience all by myself. it feels like i am seperated by the things happening around, and just sit back and observe them passing by. when i feel like the journey is a bit too monotonous, i can just turn up the volume and switch to my favourite radio station. hehe. hmmm but lately, after a month or so of driving here and there, i find that the time in the car alone is the best time that i can be at peace with myself and just concentrate on the road. so i was finding for something that can get me immersed with myself during the ride. alhamdulillah, that day i saw a stack of cds on the table and the one at the top says 'Amalan Harian'. and so i tried it for the first time and thought the zikir was all nice and made me recite along. so i thought since this can give me peace in the mind, why not put it in the car. and now, since i usually use the car for my tuition almost every weeknights, i always look forward to the zikir that i can listen to during the ride. and it actually helps in creating a more meaningful journey in which i know i am closer to Him during that moment alone in the car. it has been a jolly good ride from then on.. :)<br /><br />oh and there were times when it wasn't a good ride at all.. my failure to use my common sense ended up to the failure of not giving some slack for the car to move down teh multi- storey carpark and it brushed along the wall while i was turning in the down- slope. looking over the window, i thought i only saw a small scratch on the rear door, but actullay when i reached home and checked, it was a long and painful scratch. well, luckily my dad didn't think it was such a big deal and he said "biar kasi calar habis- habis nanti abah hantar repair sekali jalan". haha. that was a lucky one for me.<div style="clear:both;
